About
Embracing Authenticity with Lovisa Gylletorn is a keynote speaker for hire in Launceston, TAS.
Lovisa Gylletorn speaks about inclusion from lived experience, not theory. A migrant, a queer woman, a single parent and someone managing chronic health conditions, she has spent her working life as both a minority and a leader, which gave her a close view of the barriers that stall diversity work inside organisations. Fairness, equality and respect are the values she keeps returning to. Her sessions draw on public speaking, diversity training and change facilitation, aimed at building workplaces where people's differences get treated as an asset instead of a problem to manage. Based in Launceston, she takes keynote, leadership, culture, resilience and wellbeing bookings, in person or online.
The show
Lovisa speaks from her own working life rather than from a slide deck of theory. A migrant and a single parent, she has spent her career as both a minority and a leader, and that vantage point showed her exactly where diversity, equity and inclusion work tends to stall inside an organisation. Fairness, equality and respect are the values she keeps coming back to. Sessions draw on her background in public speaking, diversity training and change facilitation, and the argument is a practical one: cultures where every person's talent counts are cultures that perform better. She founded her own consultancy to do this work.
