Speaking as The Catalyst for Calm, she blends storytelling, science and live demonstrations to show audiences how to settle the nervous system and perform under pressure, with the bowls woven through the session rather than tacked on at the end. The keynote, The Calm Within Chaos, runs 45 to 60 minutes; a longer workshop, Building Resilience from the Inside Out, goes deeper over 90 minutes to two hours. The show
Sheb blends three things that don't obviously belong together: science, a martial arts mindset, and crystal singing bowls. The bowls aren't a flourish at the end, they run through the session while she's talking, and the effect on a room is noticeable. There's storytelling, live demonstration, and audience participation, all pointed at one practical idea: how to settle your nervous system and still perform when the pressure's on. People leave grounded rather than just fired up, which lasts longer.
On the day
A minimum of 3 metres by 3 metres of flat, stable floor, since there are movement demonstrations and the bowls need placing. Carpeted risers work against the sound, so a solid surface is better. A wireless headset mic is preferred for mobility, with a sound system sized to the room and an aux or Bluetooth input for music. A small table or stand for the bowls and props, power nearby, and a projector if you want slides. Soft lighting that can be dimmed suits the quieter section.

The workshop, Building Resilience from the Inside Out, runs longer, 90 minutes to a couple of hours, with guided nervous system resets, a group sound immersion and takeaway resources. Beyond those there's a half day version called The Calm Reset, adding movement and breathwork, a full day leadership retreat, and custom programs built around your theme.
