It starts with a conversation rather than a menu of sessions. The first step is a discussion about what you are trying to fix or achieve, and Bethan builds the session out of that. She drafts an approach, you go through the detail together and adjust it, and then the date gets locked in around your schedule. On the day she runs it. Afterwards there's a debrief on how it landed and whether anything else is worth doing, and she can stay involved past the session if the work needs it. So what you end up with is shaped by your goals, not handed to you ready made.

Water and a microphone. That's genuinely the list. Anything else you can offer, a screen, a lectern, a decent bit of lighting, gets used well, but nothing else is needed to run the session.
