About
Australian Survivor Runner up Tara Pitt is a keynote speaker for hire in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Fifty five days. Through a cyclone, relentless rain and all the scheming the game could muster, Tara Pitt lasted the full distance on Australian Survivor in 2017 and finished in the final two. So she knows a bit about persistence. A Sunshine Coast mum, Tara speaks about what she calls surviving life: motherhood, expectations and her time on the show, delivered through a photo rich presentation that runs about half an hour. She also hosts events, warming up the crowd, introducing speakers and keeping the program moving with a down to earth energy. And she's happy to travel for the right event.
The show
As host, Tara Pitt sets the temperature of the room early and holds it. She introduces the speakers, walks the audience through what's coming next, and fills the gaps between segments so an interlude never turns into dead air. Improvising when a program shifts is part of the job and she's comfortable there. What people respond to is how down to earth she is. Nothing about it feels scripted, and your run sheet still gets followed.
On the day
Her talk leans on photographs, so a projector and screen matter here. A microphone too. Allow around 30 minutes in the program for the presentation itself. Tara Pitt is based on the Sunshine Coast and travels for events elsewhere, so distance is worth raising in your enquiry rather than ruling yourself out.
