About
Josh Croall is a juggler for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Balls, clubs and rings to start. Then, when the lights go down, glowing LED props and fire torches. Josh Croall has toured internationally with an act that folds juggling into tumbling, hand balancing and dance, so the tricks land inside a routine rather than as a string of stunts. There's comedy in it too, and enough audience interaction to keep a corporate room engaged. Formats vary: choreographed stage shows anywhere from three to thirty minutes, roving sets from half an hour up to a few hours, and juggling workshops that run about an hour. Combine them across a festival day if you like. Based in Sydney, insured, and holds a NSW Working With Children Check.
Watch
The show
Acrobatics and juggling folded into one another, so a hand balance leads into a club pattern and back out again without a break in the middle. Josh Croall talks to the crowd throughout, which keeps a corporate room with him rather than watching politely from a distance, and there is enough precision on show that people work out fairly quickly how hard the tricks actually are. Expect to be pulled into it a little.
Performance options
Three formats, and they mix. Roving juggling runs in blocks from half an hour up to three hours or more, moving through your crowd. The stage version is choreographed to music and can be anything from a three minute spot to a half hour show. There's also a juggling workshop that runs about an hour, which suits a festival or a school day. Book more than one across the same event and they can be arranged together.
