About
Polkadot + Moonbeam is a jazz duo for hire in Perth, WA.
Ukulele, bass and two voices give Polkadot + Moonbeam its small ensemble jazz sound. The Perth duo adds an occasional melodica, moving between ballads, swing and Latin rhythms. Jazz standards and familiar older songs form the repertoire, with vocal harmonies a central feature. Their acoustic format can suit a garden ceremony, an intimate corporate event or a roving performance, bringing the musicians close to the audience without needing a large band.
