About
Duck Cameron Conjuror is an illusionist magician for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Duck Cameron builds his magic around a character, a story and the details of the performance. The Melbourne magician works in small private settings as well as large corporate shows, drawing on a career that has taken him to stages overseas.
His appearances include Hollywood's Magic Castle, Macau's City of Dreams and Australia's Crown and Wrest Point casinos. Cruise performances are another part of that experience, including work with Royal Caribbean and Holland America. You can book him for a private occasion or a corporate audience, with the setting shaping the scale of the show.

The show
The credits behind this show are worth knowing before you book it. Molly Meldrum, James Reyne, Ross Wilson and John Farnham have all had Duck perform for them privately, as has Nigel Mansell along with the entire Ferrari race team. Opening slots include Chocolate Starfish, Boom Crash Opera, John English, Marcia Hines and Whoopi Goldberg, plus a long run of Australian rock bands. At sea, the headline contracts cover Celebrity, Japan Cruise Line, Holland America and Silversea, along with Oceania, Regency, Carnival, Star Cruises, Royal Caribbean and P&O. Twenty years of that work has been across Asia, on ships and on land, and he's widely rated at the front of the international field there.
On the day
Set-up changes depending on which show you book, since a corporate stage act and a close-up set need very different things from a venue. Rather than a standard list, the requirements get sent through once the show is settled. Ask in your enquiry and the detail comes back with the rest of the information.
Performance options
Three broad formats are available. There's the corporate stage show, built for a seated audience and a proper stage. There's close-up magic, which works the room table by table and suits a reception or a mingling crowd. And there's the kids show, a different beast again. Which one fits depends on the event and how you want the magic delivered, so say what you're planning and the right version gets recommended.
