About
Capitol Groove is a funk band for hire in Wavell Heights, QLD.
Horns, vocals and a rhythm section drive Capitol Groove's mix of soul and funk. Based in Wavell Heights, the band offers lineups of six to ten players for its main show, with a five-piece jazz option for dinner or earlier in an event. Its repertoire combines older funk favourites with newer pop selections. The musicians can shape the programme around an event's requirements, moving from background music into dancing.
