About
The Fire Ninja is a fire performer for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Bryce built a solo fire show around a warrior theme, and it's still the one he's best known for: tricks, flips and kicks stitched together in a style nobody else is running. Beyond that there's Soulfire Duo with a male and female pairing and a smooth soundtrack, a martial arts themed fire duo with heavy choreography and big flames, and a choreographed whip cracking show. Years of rehearsal have gone into all of it, and the precision shows in the timing more than anything. Gold Coast based, working corporate events, festivals, weddings and kids parties. Needs a flat, clear, non slip area roughly 6m by 5m with 5m of height. Insured, with a Blue Card.
Watch
The show
Fire spun with real precision, which is the thing to watch for. Bryce's solo warrior-themed show mixes tricks with flips and kicks, and there isn't anyone else running that combination. Years of rehearsal sit behind it, and the timing is where you notice, because the choreography lines up in a way that loose fire twirling never does. The material has been cut back over time to keep only what lands. Beyond the solo show there's a duo version, a martial arts themed piece with heavy choreography and big flames, and a whip cracking routine.
On the day
A flat, non-slip performance area of 6m wide by 5m deep, with 5m of clear height above it. Grass, concrete or a stage with enough roof clearance all work, and indoor shows are possible if the space allows for it. The area has to be clear of obstacles and debris, no exceptions there. Bryce also needs a secure, well ventilated spot near the performance area for fuelling and preparation, plus a change room for costuming before, after or between sets. At larger sites, check vehicle access for unloading before the day.
Performance options
Four different shows sit under the one booking. The solo warrior-themed fire performance is the signature one. Soulfire Duo pairs a male and female performer over a smoother soundtrack. The martial arts fire duo is the heavily choreographed, big-flame version. And there's a choreographed whip cracking show that stands on its own. Corporate workshops can be arranged as well, so a team event can involve people rather than seating them.
