The show

Worth deciding early which of those your event actually is, because it changes the props and the space she'll need.
On the day
Anything with fire has to happen outside, on level ground, in a clear square measuring two metres each way with open sky above it. No branches, no awning. It's also weather dependent and gets assessed on the day, so have a wet-weather plan. Emily brings her own safety gear and a dedicated safety person to oversee the burn. Pole wants the same two by two footprint but a ceiling of three metres or more, and she supplies the pole and someone to help rig and pack it down. Roving fits almost any space you've got.
Performance options
The fire booking is three ten minute burns using different props, and the booking covers her costuming, the fuel, all the safety gear and the person watching over the burn. She stays in costume to mingle once it's done. Pole is a single fifteen minute set, again with the mingle after. Or combine them, which gives you the three fire burns and the pole set across the one night, and is the option that suits a longer event with a couple of natural performance windows.
