About
Shine on creative is a face painting act for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Naomi runs Shine On Creative around Melbourne, and the kit list is face painting, balloon twisting and giant bubbles. Kids tend to commit to all three within about a minute. Her background is in childcare and early-years music, which is why the atmosphere she builds is warm and inclusive rather than just loud. Quieter children get brought in, not left standing at the edge. Suited to birthdays, festivals, family days and community celebrations.
