About
Mina Lee is an event services business for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Mina Lee is a Sydney fine artist who paints your reception while it's happening. Working in oils in real time, she captures the room as it actually looked, guests and light and all, and you go home with something that isn't a photograph. The other option is live guest illustration, where the drawing happens in front of people and the likeness is the trick, which is a lot more entertaining to watch than it sounds. Her background is painting and illustration proper, not a sideline. All she needs is a spot near a power point. Public liability cover is in place.
The show
Two things Mina does at a reception. One is live wedding painting, worked up during the event itself, with the finished piece set into a Tasmanian Oak floating frame at 61cm by 76cm. The other is live guest illustration, where she draws the guests in front of them as the night goes on.
Performance options
There are two ways to book Mina. Live wedding painting is the main one, where the Classic package delivers the finished oil painting in a Tasmanian oak floating frame measuring 61 by 76 centimetres, ready to hang. The other is live guest illustration, booked as its own package for events where drawings of the guests are the entertainment.
