The show
The performing is only half of what you're paying for. Dakota keeps you posted by email and text at each stage of the booking, so you're never wondering whether it's still happening. Arrival is fifteen minutes early as standard, with a live tracking link so you can see exactly where they are while you're dealing with fifty other things. And afterwards you get photos from the night, tagged and ready to put straight on socials. Small stuff, but it's the small stuff that goes wrong on event day.
On the day
Barely anything, honestly. A table to work from and an extension cord for power is the whole ask, so a backyard or a function room with a spare wall works fine. Dakota brings the speaker, the microphones, the laptop and the mixer, which means no sound hire and nobody trying to patch into a house system that nobody knows how to run. Put the table somewhere the crowd can gather rather than tucked in a corner, and that's the setup done.
