About
AlphaPleb is a double bass player for hire.
AlphaPleb plays double bass and electric bass, blending contemporary R&B, jazz and hip hop with real precision. Derrick Hodge and Thundercat are the touchstones, which tells you the playing is not content to stay in the background. He'll hold down a smooth groove or take the whole thing somewhere ambient and strange, and both are worth listening to properly.
