About
Willis Anne is a DJ for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Willis Anne, who also records as FOREIGNER, founded the record label and club night LAN and plays electronic music that runs on rhythm rather than melody. Techno, footwork and experimental club sounds, built from broken patterns and deep pressure, with a tactile feel that comes from improvising rather than running a prepared set. Naarm based, and he performs live as well as DJing. Forward-thinking is the phrase people use, and in this case it's accurate.
