About
Sunshine is a DJ for hire in Newtown, NSW.
Garage and breaks are where Sunshine lives, mixed with 140 and house so the set keeps shifting under the crowd. She blends new records with older ones to get something nostalgic and fresh at the same time. Two years into the scene she has supported Notion, Bushbaby and Killjoy, and played Chinese Laundry, The Abercrombie and Liberty Hall. Anything with a heavy bassline and a broken beat is fair game. Based in Eora, Sydney, and the sets are built around danceability rather than showing off.
