About
Monsieur Diop is a DJ for hire in Byron Bay, NSW.
Monsieur Diop chases the timeless record rather than the current one, and he's been at it long enough that there's no going back. Eclectic, a bit eccentric, and openly hedonistic about the whole thing. His approach to music works the same way his visual art does: let things happen, let them collide, and find the harmony inside the mess. Order in chaos is how he puts it, and trial and error is part of the method rather than a problem with it. Byron Bay based.
