About
Jose Lopez is a DJ for hire in Fitzroy, VIC.
Afro house, deep house and folktronica, played by a DJ and curator who came to Melbourne from Medellin. Jose López works across genres rather than inside one, and the tropical rhythms and the multicultural spread of the selection are the signature. He founded Sonido Fabricato. Based in Fitzroy, Melbourne. It's a set built as a journey rather than a run of peaks, and it suits a room that's happy to be taken somewhere.
