About
James Leversha Personalised Entertainment is a DJ for hire in Geelong, VIC.
Ten years behind the decks in Geelong teaches you what a room of forty year olds wants at nine, and what the same room wants at eleven. James Leversha reads that shift and plays to it, with enough confidence on the microphone to keep a function moving between songs. He's an MC as well as a DJ, so the two jobs don't get handed to different people at your wedding. Equipment scales to the venue, from a small function room up to a big one, and extras like uplighting, dry ice and ceremony music can go into the mix. Genres aren't a problem. Tell him what your crowd likes and that's what plays.
The show
Over a decade of DJing in Geelong, and the useful skill from that is knowing what a room of forty year olds wants at nine, and what the same room wants at eleven. James reads the shift and plays to it. He's confident enough on the microphone to keep a function moving between songs, which means the DJ and the MC don't have to be two separate people at your wedding.
On the day
The gear scales with the room, from a small function space through to a large one, so the setup gets matched to the venue rather than dragged in whole regardless. Tell him the room size and layout in your enquiry and he'll work out what's needed.
Performance options
Packages get built to suit, with a few options aimed specifically at weddings. Ceremony music can be included, and if you want the room to look like more than a dance floor with lights, uplighting and dry ice are both available.
