About
Gkay is a DJ for hire in Fitzroy, VIC.
Afro house, funky house and jazz funk come together in what Gkay plays, and the jazz funk element is the interesting part: it gives the sets a musicality most house DJs skip past. Reading the crowd shapes where a night goes, and the transitions are built as a journey rather than a series of drops. Fitzroy based. Good fit for a room that wants rhythm with something underneath it.
