About
Dj Misty is a DJ for hire in Sale, VIC.
Thirty-five years of gigs will teach you what fills a floor. Dj Misty works out of Sale and covers Central Gippsland, north east Victoria and the Yarra Ranges, playing weddings, football club nights and social club functions. Old school is the speciality, meaning anything from the 60s through to the 2010s. Some nights that's an 80s and 90s singalong, other nights it's whatever's charting now, and Misty reads which one the room wants. MC work is part of the deal, and karaoke hosting can be added if you'd rather your guests did the singing.
The show
Decades of wedding and function work sit behind the decks, and the practical result is a DJ who doesn't need warming up. Ask for an 80s and 90s singalong and that's what the floor gets. Ask for what's charting right now and Misty pivots without fuss. Most nights land somewhere between the two, because the mix gets built around the crowd actually standing in front of him rather than a set order decided a week earlier. Expect a room that stays lively from the first bracket through to the end of the night.
