About
DeeJaye Katch is a DJ for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Funk, hip hop and soul across three decades, plus a songwriting award and a record label, all sit behind DeeJaye Katch. The sets run from hip hop and funky breaks through deep funk to soul boogie and house, chosen by someone who genuinely knows the records rather than the playlists. Melbourne based, with a musical journey that has crossed continents. One rule governs the whole thing, which is that everything has to be funky. Fair enough.
