About
Bassfr3Ak / Syst3M Failu3R is a DJ for hire in Long Jetty, NSW.
Two DJ projects, one person, and a fairly clear line between them. BASSFR3AK handles the heavy end: drum and bass, dubstep, UK garage and NRG, built for anyone who wants the floor to move sideways. SYST3M FAILU3R is the friendlier one, house and RnB for a party crowd. Based on the Central Coast, with support slots behind Timmy Trumpet, Joel Fletcher, Bombs Away, Tigerlily, Teddy Cream and Brook Evers. There's no fixed setlist. It's read off the crowd, every time. Venue gear runs to Pioneer CDJ 3000s, a DJM mixer, LED board, lasers, haze, confetti and CO2.
The show
Two projects, one person, and which one you book changes the night completely. BASSFR3AK goes heavy: drum and bass, dubstep, UK garage and NRG, aimed at a crowd that came to move. SYST3M FAILU3R is the party set, opening on RnB then blending through 80s, 90s and 2000s house and throwbacks. Nothing is pre planned. The set gets read off the floor and adjusted while it's happening, which is why the same act can play a club and a private party without it sounding like the wrong booking.
On the day
This is the venue side of the rig, for bookings where the house gear is used. Three Pioneer CDJ 3000s or 2000 Nexus mark 2s, a Pioneer DJM 2000 sample player, speakers and subs. On the visual side, an LED board, lasers and lighting, a haze machine, a confetti machine and CO2 cannons. Not every room needs the lot, so say what your venue already has when you enquire.

He travels.
