Aaron James is an Irish-born, Sydney-based acoustic musician who uses live looping to build layered arrangements on the spot, then swaps the guitar for the decks when the night calls for it. That combination suits weddings especially well: acoustic songs through the ceremony and dinner, then a DJ set to fill the dance floor with no changeover between acts. His repertoire runs from classic hits to the current charts, taking in folk, country and a little Irish material along the way.
