Undercover Blonde is a cover band for hire.
Four musicians who've been playing together since 2018, fronted by Loz Clancy with John Dempsey on guitar, Darren Griffiths on bass and Simon Spencer on drums. The set runs from the 80s through to current hits, and the pop songs arrive with a rock edge rather than a straight copy of the record. Expect the classics you'd expect, plus a handful you'd forgotten existed and will recognise within a bar. Based in Brisbane and working across south east Queensland, they carry everything they need for whatever room you put them in. All members are insured, and they'll complete any venue inductions or checks required.

The show
Rock covers from four musicians who have had the same line-up since 2018, which is long enough that nobody is counting each other in any more. They're proud of the playing and they like moving between styles, so a familiar song often arrives with something of their own bent into it rather than being copied note for note off the record.
On the day
Your side of it stays short. The four of them own every piece of equipment the show needs, and it travels to whatever sort of room or paddock the booking turns out to be in. That covers venues that have nothing of their own as readily as ones that do.
