The Spectacles is a cover band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
The show
A full dance floor is the aim, and the mood the band go for is friendly rather than showy. Seven pieces on stage, with the kind of atmosphere that gets people up rather than watching from the tables.
On the day
Seven people need room, so a decent sized stage area matters here. The band want access to the performance space three to four hours ahead of the start time to build the sound and lighting rig and run their checks, and pack down usually takes an hour to an hour and a half. Stairs, awkward car access or a tricky stage will stretch both. Outdoors, the equipment has to sit under cover away from the weather.
