About
The Pickletones is a cover band for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
New Orleans inspired soul and deep funk, played by a Brisbane band who keep the funk levels deliberately high. The Pickletones pick their material to keep a room moving rather than to show off, and it works. Brisbane based. Funk is one of the few genres that works on almost any crowd, and a band that plays it properly is worth more at a party than a covers act with twice the song list.
