The Lost Boys is a cover band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Five players, female lead vocals, and a song list that goes wherever the party does: classic rock, disco, pop, 80s, country. The Lost Boys also work as a four piece with the blokes handling the singing, since everyone in the band does. House parties, weddings and corporate gigs are all regular work, and they'll build the night around a theme or a genre if you've got one in mind. Proud Mary, Love Shack, Sultans of Swing, New Sensation, Sex on Fire, Simply The Best. Give them enough notice and they'll learn something new for you. PA and lights come along, and they'd like about five metres by three to fit in.

The show
An easy-going five piece who'd rather be talking to your guests than staring at their pedals. Female lead vocals out front, though everyone in the band sings, and the set goes wherever the party does: classic rock, disco, pop, 80s, a bit of country. Proud Mary, Love Shack, Sultans of Swing, Sex on Fire. There's a four piece version too, with the blokes handling the singing. Give them a few weeks and they'll learn a song that matters to you, which is worth asking about early rather than on the week of.
On the day
About five metres by three is the space they'd like, enough to fit the whole band in without anyone playing from behind a pot plant. PA and lights are theirs, so your venue doesn't need either. Power near the performance area, and that's genuinely it. Crowd control is your problem, though on their form it's rarely a real one.
Performance options
Two line-ups. The four piece, with the blokes sharing vocals, or the five piece, which adds the female lead singer. Either can play through the venue's own sound system, or the band brings a PA and lights with them. Sydney is home, and they'll travel up to a couple of hundred kilometres beyond the metro area for the right gig. Corporate bookings and charity events are both on the table.
