About
The Hitmen is a cover band for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Sixties through eighties party songs, plus whatever is landing now. THE HITMEN work the Gold Coast with a set built out of Bruno Mars, Bon Jovi, ABBA, Aha, Elvis, Van Halen, Tom Petty, the Monkees, the Police and a solid run of disco, and the songs are chosen to fill a floor rather than show off. Angus and Bobby, both Australian Idol top 24 in 2023, are in the line-up. The band works as a four piece, a trio or a duo. All they need is a power outlet at the stage and about six metres by two to stand in. Insured, with a blue card and current first aid.
Watch
The show
Hit songs the whole room recognises, pitched to the hour of the night. Early on that means easy-listening material to eat and talk over. Later it turns into dance music with some push behind it. The band works as a trio or a four piece, so the size can be matched to the room you're filling.
On the day
At least one electrical outlet at the stage end of the room. A stage or floor area of roughly six metres by two if the venue can manage it, though they'll work with less when the room is tight. Tell them what you've got and they'll fit the line-up to it.
