About
The Filthy Darlings is a cover band for hire.
Zeppclectic blues-rock for the romantically unhinged, which is their own phrase and a fairly accurate one. The Filthy Darlings are a Canberra quartet led by Nicholas Lee-Murphy, whose vocals draw comparisons to Plant and Morrison, with Ben Brikcius, Denis Vrkic and Jack Rojahn behind him. The sound moves between soulful blues and alternative rock without settling anywhere, and the stage presence is the thing that pins a room. Raw, and built to be seen live rather than streamed.
