About
The Bedrockers is a cover band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Terry, Rich and Brad have been playing together in Sydney for more than 35 years, which is longer than some of their audience has been alive. The Bedrockers are a trio, and the thing they say up front is that you set the volume: quiet enough to talk over, or loud enough to lose your hairstyle. The list is all recognisable, from Romeo and Juliet and Under the Milky Way to Roadhouse Blues, Sweet Caroline and To Her Door. They turn up on time, they set up without fuss, and if your run sheet changes mid-show they'll roll with it. They also quite like it when a guest wants to sing one.
The show
Good music played by three people visibly enjoying themselves. They love it when a guest steps up to sing one, so that is an invitation rather than a risk. The other half of the pitch is the boring half, and it matters: they arrive when they said they would and they play. If the plan shifts before or during the show, and plans always do, they adapt without anyone in the room noticing there was ever a plan.
