About
Sneaky Beats Music is a cover band for hire in Townsville, QLD.
Townsville live entertainment built around one job: fill the dance floor and keep it full. Sneaky Beats Music move between acoustic solo, full live band and DJ across a whole event, so there is never a dead patch while the band goes for a break. Over 150 songs across genres and eras, and they do not work to a fixed set list. Everything is rehearsed and the running order changes on the night depending on what the room is responding to. A wireless microphone comes along for speeches and MC duties, and they will MC if you need it. Song requests and arrangements are welcome. Professional videography and an edited short video can be added, along with advertising assets if you are selling tickets. They need power, wet weather cover and shade for daytime shows. Public liability insurance held.

The show
The whole night is covered, and that's the point of how they work. Sneaky Beats Music move between acoustic solo, full band and DJ across an event, so the music doesn't stop when a set ends. Over 150 songs, no fixed running order, everything rehearsed and then reshuffled on the night depending on what the floor is doing. There's a wireless mic on hand for speeches. And they'll keep you in the loop while you're planning, which takes a decent chunk of worry out of it.
On the day
Power within reach of the playing spot is the first thing. Beyond that, if any part of the event is outdoors, they need cover from rain and shade for a daytime show, both for the players and for the gear. Neither is complicated to organise, but a marquee that gets decided on the morning of the event is a marquee that isn't there, so lock it in when you book.
Performance options
Every booking covers the full event for music, switching between acoustic solo, live band and DJ as the night changes shape. A professional speaker system comes with it, along with a wireless microphone for speeches, and they'll take on MC duties if nobody else is doing it. Song requests and particular arrangements are welcome, and there are recording options too. Professional videography with an edited short video can go on top, and if you're selling tickets they can supply advertising assets.
