About
Sean Power and The Main Street Band is a cover band for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Guitars first, and a bit ragged around the edges on purpose. Sean Power and The Main Street Band work the ground between the bluesy rock of Tom Petty and the fuzzed-out sound of The Black Keys, then pull back into Americana closer to Band of Horses or Steve Earle when the song calls for it. The songs deal with love and loss and the open road. Live, it's the intensity that lands. Brisbane based.
