About
MidRoad is a cover band for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Watch
The show
Around 50 songs across up to four sets of 45 minutes, which is a solid night's worth without repeats. A lot of it is Australian rock and roll, the classics people already know the words to. The rest sits between easy listening and the kind of thing that gets a foot going under the table. It's a set built to carry a long evening rather than peak early and fade.
On the day
MidRoad need an undercover stage area and an electricity connection close to it. That's the short version. Being under cover matters if you're planning anything outdoors on the Gold Coast, where a clear afternoon can turn quickly.
Song list
Mixture of covers from Australian bands including Richard Clapton, Hunters and Collectors, INXC, The Angles, The Saints, The Church and other popular non-Australian bands.
