About
Metanoia is a cover band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
The name means constantly changing your mind or heart, and Metanoia have picked it deliberately. They will not sit still inside one style, and the music tracks that: grungy riffs, driving rhythms, bold vocal melodies, all under the alternative rock banner. Sydney based.
