Jet Blue 50's Band is a cover band for hire in Albury, NSW.
Peter Noonan has spent more than 15 years working weddings, corporate rooms and private functions, and he's won awards both as a tribute artist and as a songwriter. The show runs through 50s and 60s rock and roll, country, swing and Irish material, with tributes to Elvis, Tom Jones and George Michael. Guitar over backing tracks gives it a band-sized sound from a solo performer. The country set alone covers Kenny Rogers, Brooks and Dunn, Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash and the Eagles, then it turns and the rock and roll starts. Dancers or a second performer can be added. Sets run from two hours up to four with all sound equipment included. Based in Albury, working pubs, parties, functions and weddings. Fully insured.
The show
One performer, three distinct stretches of music. There's a rock and roll set, a country set, and a covers set that wanders through whatever sits between the two. Tributes to Elvis, Tom Jones and George Michael turn up along the way. It's a solo show that sounds bigger than one person, and it's built to keep an older room and a younger one happy at the same table.
Performance options
