About
Groove Dealers is a cover band for hire in Adelaide, SA.
Adelaide party band, every era covered, and a set that moves fast. One of their run-throughs goes Jackson 5, Cee-Lo Green, Redbone, Deep Purple, Wolfmother, Tom Petty, Blink 182, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Elton John, Van Halen, Harry Styles and Jet, which tells you they aren't precious about genre. Years of gigging behind them means they know when to push and when to hold back. Weddings, corporate nights and private parties all work. Tell them your first dance song and they'll learn it. Sets run 45 minutes, and you can book two or four of them.
Watch
The show
Send them your first dance song ahead of the day and they'll learn it, so the moment everyone is watching gets played live rather than off a speaker. After that the set moves fast and doesn't sit in one genre for long. Jackson 5 into Deep Purple into Blink 182 into Harry Styles is a fair sample of how a Groove Dealers run-through actually goes. Years of Adelaide gigs behind them means they can read when to lift the room and when to give it a breather.
Performance options
It's a four piece, and sets run 45 minutes each. You can book two of them, which suits a reception where the band plays either side of the speeches, or four for a night where the music carries the whole thing. Tell them your run sheet and they'll work out which one fits.
