About
Girl Friday Band is a cover band for hire in Hobart, TAS.
Kim Sellers fronts Hobart's Girl Friday Band, backed by guitar, bass, drums and Scott Cashion's saxophone and keyboards. Their covers draw heavily on the 1970s through the 1990s, with later songs mixed in. The selection includes artists such as Blondie, the Pretenders and Amy Winehouse, with an interest in bringing overlooked favourites back to the set. Pub and corporate performances can move from relaxed listening to dancing as the band changes the pace.
