About
Four 19 is a cover band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Four 19 play the songs that get people off their chairs and keep them there. The list runs through INXS, Crowded House, Thirsty Merc, The Killers, Foo Fighters, Billy Idol, The Clash, Tears For Fears, Kings of Leon and plenty more, and you're welcome to pick what you want to hear or suggest something new. They read a room and shift accordingly, which matters more at a wedding than at a pub. They bring a full PA good for a few hundred people and their own lighting. All they need from you is a power socket and enough space for a drum kit and a couple of amps. Sydney based. Give them a heads up if the setup is outdoors or unusual.
Watch
The show
The songs are the ones people already know, mixed with newer material and a few things you won't see coming. INXS, Crowded House, The Killers, Foo Fighters, Billy Idol, Tears For Fears. Transitions are tight, so the energy doesn't drop between numbers. And you can pick what's played or suggest something they haven't done yet. The band watches the floor and adjusts, which is the difference between people sitting politely and people dancing.
On the day
Room enough for drums plus two or three amps, and a power socket. That's the whole list. Four 19 bring a full PA that handles a few hundred people, along with all their own lighting. They're easy to deal with on the day. Just flag it in advance if your setup is outdoors or a bit unusual, so they can plan for it rather than discover it on arrival.
