Brown Sugar

R&B and soul are the centre of gravity for Brown Sugar, though the Sydney six piece plays well beyond it. Lady Lyric and Miguel George share the vocals. Behind them sit Michael Dolce on guitar, Deni Di Filippo on drums, Byron Luiters on bass, and Jonathan JC Corea covering both keys and saxophone. That last combination is handy, because it means the horn line can appear and disappear without changing the size of the band. They work weddings, corporate events, festivals, private functions and venue bookings around Sydney.
