Ruby Jane is a country singer for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Country from Geelong, and currently Australia's Busking National Champion, which means the songs have been tested on people who had no reason to stop and listen. Ruby Jane writes and sings the lot, from sad cowboy material through to catchy, toe tapping, knee slapping tunes. Her debut six track EP Honky Tonk Dreamer is out, with more already in the works. Now based in Brisbane. Busking is the hardest room there is, and it shows in the confidence.
