About
The Rolling Blizzards is a country band for hire in Ashfield, NSW.
Players pulled from Sydney's indie, pop and folk scenes, put together behind country-pop singer Gracie Jean, and the result is bigger than the sum of it. The Rolling Blizzards go for a Nashville-leaning sound: finger-picked banjo, soulful piano, close harmonies and a rhythm section that stays solid all night. Gracie Jean fronts it with a lot of humour, and the set moves from heart-tugging to line-dancing as the evening builds. Country smash hits are the backbone. Good fit for anyone after a country show with real playing behind it.
