Contortion

A solo contortion act, built on flexibility, poise and balance. The body folds into positions that read as impossible and the movement between them is what holds a room, more liquid than athletic. Short, close and best watched from nearby, so it works on a small stage, a plinth or a cleared patch of floor at a gala dinner, a festival, a themed party or a corporate function.
