About
Trea Young is a comedian for hire in Perth, WA.
Trea Young is an audiologist by day and a comedian by night, working out of Perth. She's punctual, dressed for whatever the occasion is, and smiling before the first joke lands. The bulk of her work is corporate gigs, fund-raisers and multicultural events, where clean, relatable material does the heavy lifting. She takes the MC role or performs a straight comedy set, and can bring a second comic along when an event wants more than one voice. Give her a reliable PA and mic, and put the show in an enclosed space if you can. Comedy dies in a room with no walls.
Watch
The show
Trea works as an audiologist during the day and does comedy at night, and both jobs get the same treatment: punctual, dressed right, ready to go. Most of her bookings are corporate events, fund-raisers and multicultural functions, where material that stays clean and relatable does the work. Nothing that'll leave anyone in the room uncomfortable. She'll host the night or just perform the set, whichever the event needs.
On the day
She asks for a working PA and mic, set up and ready before she's on. Room choice matters more than people think, though. An enclosed space beats an open one every time for comedy, so put her somewhere with walls if you have the choice.
Performance options
Pick either the MC role across your event or a straight comedy set for the audience. For events wanting a bit more range, she can also arrange for a second comic to come along, which is something to raise when you enquire.
