Who's in the audience, what industry they work in, what shouldn't be joked about. Then they build the line-up from a pool of more than 100 comics in Western Australia and over 500 around the country. They've done work functions for property, construction, oil and gas and the resources sector, and they run more than 200 shows a year, so the awkward stuff has been thought about already. Expect a proper stand-up bill rather than one comic hoping for the best.
On the day
This one runs as a process rather than a load-in. It starts with a conversation about the shape of your event and whether comedy suits it at all, which is a fair question and they'll answer it honestly. From there they sort the talent, the timings and the running order, put a proposal to you, then deliver on the night. Afterwards there's a debrief so you can say what worked. Venue specifics get settled during that first planning stage.
Performance options
Two shapes to think about. The main one is a showcase: several comics on a bill, mixed to suit your audience rather than picked at random. The other is broader, where they take on the sourcing side for a larger event, finding performers and equipment once they've had a look at what you need and decided they can do it well.
