About
Christian Lutz Comedy is a comedian for hire in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Christian Lutz started at RAW Comedy in 2013, made the WA state final, and has been building crowds in Australia and the USA since. He's laid back on stage and works through stories rather than punchline-to-punchline, which suits corporate rooms where people need to warm up first. He's written and performed his own shows including Living the Dream and 40 and Frightened. Language and content can be dialled up or down for your audience. Sunshine Coast based. Sets run from ten minutes to a full hour, he'll take MC duties, and he's worked as an auctioneer for fundraising events. Sound and lighting can come from the venue or be supplied for an extra fee.
The show
Christian Lutz works through stories rather than firing off one liners, so his sets suit a room that needs a minute to relax before it laughs properly. Corporate crowds tend to be exactly that. The delivery is laid back and relatable, and he's happy to talk through what's appropriate for your audience beforehand: the language and the more adult material can be turned right up or right down. He's toured his own shows, including Living the Dream and 40 and Frightened, off the back of stages around Australia and the USA.
On the day
Basic sound and lighting is all he needs, and most venues already have both. If yours doesn't, Christian can bring equipment along instead, though that's charged separately. Worth checking with your venue before you enquire so you know which way you're going.
Performance options
The booking covers his appearance plus an event manager who deals with you directly, so there's one person to talk to while you're organising the night. If you want to promote the show, he can supply an electronic copy of a poster. Sound and lighting can be provided with the act where the venue can't cover it, arranged as an extra.
