About
Human Ludens Entertainment is a circus act for hire in Newcastle, NSW.
Fire spinning, flying carpets, jugglers and crystal ball manipulation. Human Ludens Entertainment is a Newcastle-based group of circus performers who take on everything from corporate functions to children's birthdays, and the roster stretches to acrobats, clowns, hula hoop artists and roving acts. You can book a solo artist, a duo, or a larger troupe depending on the space and the crowd. Circus workshops are part of the offering too, which works well at festivals and family days where people want a go themselves. Insurance is in place for fire performances and workshops, along with Working With Children Checks and first aid.
The show
Fire spinning, flying carpets, jugglers and crystal ball work, and that's before you get to the acrobats, clowns and hula hoop artists. Human Ludens Entertainment size the act to the room, which is why the same crew turns up at a corporate function one week and a child's birthday the next. Their performers have real years behind them, and it shows in how comfortable they look doing things that ought to be difficult. Circus workshops are part of what they do too, and they land well at festivals and family days where people want a go themselves.
