About
Bing Pumpagong is a character comedian for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Bing Pumpagong is a Melbourne comic character who views modern shopping through the eyes of an old-fashioned spruiker. His routines compare today's specials with prices and habits from his younger days, turning a retail encounter into character comedy. Bing can also act as an MC, using recollections of how things used to be to engage an audience. The performance draws its humour from his opinions, observations and direct exchanges with the people around him.
