About
Mucky Duck Bush Band is a bush band for hire in Lesmurdie, WA.
Mucky Duck Bush Band pairs Australian folk songs with bush dances that guests can learn as they go. Based in Lesmurdie, the group usually performs as a trio, combining fiddle and guitar with bass and vocal harmonies. Larger groups can add more folk instruments or drums. A caller explains the dances and adjusts them for the people taking part. The band's work includes heritage celebrations, tourism functions and community events, as well as weddings and family parties.
