Carl, better known as Billy the Kidding, makes bubbles the size that stop conversations. He works outdoor events and parties in a cowboy costume, running bubble and foam play that adults watch and kids chase until they drop. Once the popping starts it gets competitive, so a grassy area is best, ideally about the size of a tennis court. He brings slip matting and a waterproof mat to protect the lawn. The show
Bubbles, but on a scale that stops people mid conversation. Carl works in a cowboy costume and runs a mix of bubble and foam play, part display and part free-for-all, and children tend to lock onto it for hours rather than minutes. The persona does a lot of the work. Once the popping starts the kids get properly competitive about it, chasing and tumbling, so a decent grassy patch beats a hard courtyard every time. Adults usually end up watching too.
On the day
Grass is the thing to line up. Roughly a tennis court's worth is ideal, because the kids will run and fall over and you want them landing on something soft. He brings slip matting and a waterproof mat of his own to keep the lawn from copping too much damage where the foam and bubble mix sits. Performance options
Two ways to book him. A private kids' party is a one-hour session of bubble chasing on the lawn.
